1. Booking Information

To place a booking, follow the online reservation steps provided on our website. It is your responsibility to enter accurate information — including the number of passengers and contact details — to ensure seamless service delivery.

Once your booking is completed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your provided email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Support at info@atheniantransfer.com to verify the booking. The driver may request to see your voucher (printed or digital) upon pickup. We may also contact you prior to the scheduled pickup time to confirm the exact meeting point or if we are unable to locate you.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations can be made online via the “Manage My Booking” section. Your booking is considered canceled only after you receive a confirmation email from us. The effective time of cancellation is the time you receive this confirmation.

Booking Changes
You may request changes to your confirmed booking at any time, provided it is at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Change requests should be emailed to info@atheniantransfer.com and will be valid only upon written confirmation from our team.

Refund Policy
A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. No cancellation fees apply.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible; however, please note that any bank fees or currency conversion losses are non-refundable and should be addressed with your card issuer. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at info@atheniantransfer.com.

No-Show or Late Arrival
If you fail to appear at the agreed meeting point and have not canceled your booking at least 48 hours prior, your booking will be marked as a “No-Show”, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Our driver will wait up to:

• 30 minutes at general pickup locations
• 45 minutes for airport pickups

After the waiting time has elapsed, the reservation is considered a No-Show, and the driver will depart.

3. Special Requests & Charges

Children & Child Seats
All infants and children count as passengers and must be included in the total passenger number. Child seats are not automatically included, so please request them during booking to ensure availability.

Pets
Pets must be transported in appropriate travel carriers provided by the customer. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your vehicle can accommodate your pet.

4. General Terms

Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service if:

A passenger is deemed unfit or unable to use the service

Their behavior poses a safety risk or causes disruption to others

Trip Duration
Travel time may vary depending on traffic and external conditions. While our drivers follow optimal routes and drive professionally, arrival times are not guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time for connecting travel or events.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain suitable travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES

Athenian Transfer shall not be held liable for any temporary or permanent interruption in the operation of the website, the server, the domain name, or the hosting service, caused by technical problems, maintenance work, malicious attacks (e.g., DDoS), or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, etc.).

Furthermore, the company is not responsible for any loss of access, delays, errors, or malfunctions of the website that may affect user navigation, content display, and/or the ability to make or manage bookings. The user acknowledges that such circumstances may occur and accepts that Athenian Transfer cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the service.
