Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is confirmed via email
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure
• If you do not show up at the agreed location without cancellation, your reservation is marked as a “No-Show”
